POSTAGE FOR REPUBLICS OF DREAMS

“Postage for Republics of Dreams” was created in collaboration with artist Andre van der Kerkhoff for his art exhibition of the same name consisting of large format aluminum prints in the form of post stamps.

The book is a mix of poetry and photographs with an emphasis on postage stamps. Contrary to creating a grid and a structure for the pages this project had as much creative freedom as one can ask for. The flow of the book remained very important. The whimsical, playful, and a little experimenting were encouraged resulting in a very unusual and satisfying publication.
